Zhejiang  Hengkang Pharmaceutical is a state certificated enterprise technology center. There are R&D laboratories in Sanmen (Taizhou) and Hangzhou, and two R&D pilot workshops. The R&D centers are designed on standards of multinational pharmaceutical R&D, with 20 standard laboratories, 50 researchers and all kinds of analytical instruments. Our research projects include chemical drugs, biological drugs, pharmaceutical formulations development etc. The center collaborates with Qinghua University, Zhejiang University and other research institutes.

Hengkang's R&D dedicates to new drugs and formulation technology development. Considerable investment is spent on R&D every year, and the company has implemented the research& innovation and KPI system. In recent years, there are more than 20 projects developed per year, we have achieved outstanding results in product development and technology innovation, and the achievements are recognized by the authoritized institutes.

Basing on such R&D innovations, Zhejiang Hengkang Pharmaceutical was certificated as National High and New Technology Enterprise in 2017.
